2021 Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum Looks Fresh Riding on 26-Inch Forgiatos

In today's world of outrageous custom builds, matching the latest premium full-size SUV to a bespoke set of aftermarket wheels is about as traditional as it gets. So, how does one stand out in a crowd of attention-obsessed creations?

Quite easily, as it turns out. First and foremost, through the sheer value of simplicity and subtlety. Which, as fans know very well, aren’t the first traits that come to mind when joining the Cadillac Escalade nameplate to creations from Los Angeles, California-based Forgiato Wheels.

Usually, we are more accustomed to seeing projects that will attract the envy or laughter (perhaps even both) of onlookers. Like that one time when a brazen Dodge Challenger SRT turned into a golden-infused “Pimp Hellcat” thanks to a black-on-gold camouflage wrap and a matching set of Forgiato alloys.

But, then again, there are exceptions. Such as the almost murdered-out Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S that (narrowly) escaped the all-black convention with help from its blue-sprinkled Forgiato Tecnica wheels, among others. Now it’s time for a quick “yin and yang” treatment bestowed by the “leading designers and creators of high-end automotive culture and lifestyle” upon the unsuspecting Escalade.

As always, the fifth generation Caddy SUV has immediately become the star attraction in the brand’s full-size lineup. And it keeps the tradition of being the darling of the custom build scene, even when looking as if nothing really changed. But this Escalade Sport Platinum still seems entirely fresh with its white paintjob that is fittingly contrasted by numerous glossy black details.

Then it’s up to the multi-spoke 26-inch Forgiato Monoblock wheels to round up the personalization case for the upcoming owner. Frankly, the West Coast “automotive store” doesn’t say if we are dealing with the Escalade ESV or not, but it’s nevertheless absolutely stunning to see the 26s looking almost like any other regular set of “small” wheels on this hulking sport utility vehicle.
