2020 Toyota Supra RC Model Looks Amazing, Has Huge Wing

Here's a bit of a riddle for you: what's the easiest way to mod a 2020 Toyota Supra - is it the wheels, or perhaps a wrap? Actually, the title above might've spoiler this one, as getting an RC car body in the shape of the Japanese sportscar will be the lightest on your budget.

Of course, such a toy won't get you from A to B, unless you happen to be a mouse, but it can easily put a huge smile on your face.

In fact, I've brought along a few examples of such bodies - the fun part with RC cars is that matching the body to a chassis is quite a bit easier than in the case of a real automobile.

The three kits showcased here come from a company called APlastics and, based on the developer's phone number, it is based in Paraguay.

As the company explains, these bodies are destined for 1:10 scale models (drift and touring chassis). The goodies are built from Lexan and they come with a protective film.

However, while their pricing sits at $35-$40 per piece, the most extreme hardware of the three, namely the one portrayed in the first social media below, doesn't seem to be offered to the public yet.

And given the full drift car looks of the thing, massive wing and all, it's hard to take your eyes off it.

Meanwhile, the yellow car features the Pandem widebody kit that US vloggers are desperately racing to install these days, even though the quality doesn't seem the best.

Of course, with the Mk V Toyota Supra having only hit the market a few months ago, there's plenty of time for its side of the RC market to grow. Meanwhile, the 2019 SEMA show, which opens its gates to the public on November 5, will bring us a wave of 1:1 scale modded Supras.
