The revived Toyota Supra is out on the market for a while now, but seeing the car in new clips is always a pleasure for fans. This week, the Japanese carmaker is launching a dedicated campaign for the car, and new exciting videos are at its core.
The campaign is called This Is Our Sport and comprises one 30-second clip, a 15-seconds one and seven very short, targeted clips. All are meant to entice the American buyer into going for the new Supra this year.

The star video in the lineup, titled Track Day, shows the car taking to the track tarmac at the Road Atlanta and doing what a car of its caliber does best: drifting, speeding, shredding its tires and, in the end, putting all four wheels in the air.

“The return of the Toyota Supra has been a long time coming, and it’s well worth the wait,” said in a statement Ed Laukes, VP of marketing.

“The new campaign highlights the thrill of getting to know the 2020 GR Supra and a rediscovered appreciation for the simple joy of driving.”

All the videos in the campaign will stream across motorsports TV programming, but also on Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Before you get to see them there, you can watch the campaign videos released by Toyota below this text.

Priced from $49,990, the new Supra has been developed at the same time with BMW’s new Z4. It is powered by a turbocharged inline-six cylinder engine working with a quick-shifting 8-speed transmission, and developing 335 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque.

Visually, the car is an entirely different affair compared to the Z4. Some of the lines on the car are reminiscent of the Supras that preceded it, but twisted in such a way as to be a testimony to the present.
