From $91,100 for the 991.2 to $105,100 to $113,300 for the 992 in Carrera S flavor is quite the gap, but Porsche is confident the all-new 911 will sell like hotcakes in the United States of America. The Carrera 4S, on the other hand, will set you back $120,600 from the get-go.
The first page of the U.S. configurator shows the 911 in white, a no-cost color joined by Black, Guards Red, and Racing Yellow. Metallic options are $830, special colors are $3,270, and whoever wants a custom finish will need to pony up $11,430. No less than four wheel designs are available for the time being, topped by the 20- and 21-inch Carrera Exclusive Design Wheels at $2,630.

For interior color options and materials, the list is more expansive than ever before. Moving on to seats, the Adaptive Sport Seats Plus with 18-way adjustment and memory package add $3,470 to the price. Porsche is also much obliged to offer the Premium Package at $5,380 and Sport Package at $5,460.

All in, the most expensive 911 Carrera 4S for the 2020 model year will set you back in the ballpark of $210,000, with options representing more than $80,000 of the price. The delivery, processing, and handling fee adds another $1,050, which goes to show how much greenback one can spend on configuring the German sports car with all the bells and whistles imaginable.

Rear wiper and rear rear-axle steering system? Porsche can make them happen as well if you’re prepared to pay $370 and $2,090, respectively. For those who want some carbon-fiber trim for the cabin of the 911, your 911 can be configured so for $2,100 plus $1,280 for the carbon-fiber illuminated door sill guards.

On the other hand, the 991.2 is going out with a bang thanks to the introduction of the 911 GT2 RS Clubsport at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show. Two hundred examples will ever be produced, and this fellow kicks off at an eye-watering $478,000. Too much or too little, you decide on that.
