Cadillac has stepped away from dreary ads to promote its hot new XT6 3-row crossover. And even though the vehicle will end up in suburbia, the action-packed videos come straight from Hollywood with input from the legendary directors Joe and Anthony Russo.
If you're not at least familiar with those names you must not like blockbusters. The Russos are basically a household name after they masterminded not only two Captain America movies but also the famous end pieces of the Avengers saga: Infinity War and Endgame.

“The XT6’s ‘Crew Ready’ campaign signifies a new way of thinking about Cadillac SUVs,” said Deborah Wahl, Cadillac’s chief marketing officer. “XT6 customers are always ready for an adventure, and we knew closely partnering with the directors of the highest ever grossing film, the Russo brothers, and Bullitt was the perfect way to bring this vision to life.”

Six videos have been released on YouTube, all set to Diplo’s “Welcome to the Party." The message is pretty clear, focusing on different types of "crew" from a group of rock dads, so awesome stuntwoman dressed in black and a mother bringing her kids to martial arts. The point is all of them fit inside this 3-row luxury crossover with edgy design and useful features.

The XT6 was unveiled this year at the Detroit Auto Show. It starts from $54,000 and has similar space to an Escalade which is about a$20,000 more. However, Cadillac is by no means the only player, as the market is full of popular 3-row vehicles like the Infiniti QX60, Volvo XC90, and joined recently by the Lincoln Aviator.

Coming as standard with FWD, the XT6 is clearly not a speed demon or an off-road adventurer. Its only engine is the 3.6-liter V6 pushing 310 HP and 271 lb-ft of torque through a 9-speed auto. It's worth noting that the model in the video is the XT6 Sport and costs about $70,000.
