Other front-wheel-drive trim levels include the SV and SL, priced at $24,040 and $27,960. Customers who need all-wheel drive are looking at $23,590 for the S, $25,390 for the SV, and $29,310 for the SL, which is competitive pricing for the segment.

Compared to the previous model year, the 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport “adds a number of significant enhancements – led by the addition of available ProPILOT Assist.” Other highlights include Nissan Safety Shield 360 technology, infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard, and an available Bose premium audio system with nine speakers.

ProPILOT Assist is how Nissan calls the technological suite that makes turns single-lane highway driving into a semi-autonomous affair. This system is standard on the range-topping SL and optional on the SV trim level.

Rear Door Alert is also standard, and the contents of the SV Technology Package and SL Premium Package have been revised to reflect the change in pricing. As far as exterior design is concerned, Scarlet Ember Tintcoat has been added to the color palette.

Safety Shield 360 provides front, side, and rear monitoring and intervention technologies. Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection is included, along with Rear Automatic Braking, Lane Departure Warning, radar-based Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and High Beam Assist.

The Rogue Sport comes with four-wheel independent suspension and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, which delivers 141 horsepower on full song. The Xtronic CVT features Eco Mode, helping the compact crossover achieve 28 miles on the combined cycle (25 in the city and 32 out on the highway). All-wheel-drive models are EPA-rated 27 miles per gallon.

Now available at dealers nationwide, the Rogue Sport can also be equipped with NissanConnect Services powered by SiriusXM. Sold separately, the SiriusXM subscription includes functionalities such as Travel Link and Traffic.
