2016 Toyota Fortuner Coupe is a BMW X6 Wearing the Wrong Badge

Visually speaking, BMW's X6 SAC (Sports Activity Coupé) is without doubt a matter of "love it or hate it." There's no falling in between with this model, but we weren't expecting to see the same styling philosophy on the recently revealed Toyota Fortuner.
Theophilus Chin - the pixel manipulator behind this fugly creation - named it the Toyota Fortuner Coupé.

Now, you might remember Toyota and BMW are working together and exchanging know-how for a sportscar, but we hope they won't start spreading the X6's exterior shape on other cars.

As you're about to see in the pictures provided by the designer, the front end was kept intact, just like the rear version. Changes start to show up with the sloping roofline, that gives us flashbacks not only with the X6 but also with the Mercedes-Benz CLA four-door coupé.

We don't know about you, but we are glad such a monstrosity only exists in Pixel Land, because the last thing the car industry needed at this moment was another hunchback crossover SUV.

On this note, we hope Toyota will see the renderings and pledge never to build such a model. In fact, consider this our request for Toyota: please don't go down this path with your future SUV, they're just fine in their current configuration.

We would also like to hear your straightforward opinion on the renderings so please, do interfere and let us know what you think about the so-called Toyota Fortuner Coupé in the comments section below.
