With Porsche bombarding us with more and more incarnations of the 911, it’s easy to forget the Neunelfer is also one of the most tuned cars in the world. Nevertheless, the aftermarket side of the industry is here to remind us of that.
The latest example of that comes from the videos below, which brings us the most delicious 991-generation model to date, namely the GT3 RS. The track-savvy incarnation of the rear-engined coupe has been gifted with an Akrapovic exhaust.
Keep in mind we are talking about a titanium exhaust here, so the aural benefits are just a part of the package. The weight reduction brought by the material are also important, especially since the this is a GT3 RS.
To talk numbers, we’ll mention a weight reduction of 31.08 lbs (14.1 kg). As for the power gains, the exhaust allows the boxer engine to deliver an extra 10 hp and 20 lb-ft (27.3 Nm).
