With the sixth generation, the pony car game was pushed even further by the golden bowtie. The 2016 Chevrolet Camaro isn’t only a grandstand play of muscle goodness, but also a huge improvement in terms of interior design. I am aware the exterior design of the 2016 Camaro divides opinion, but there’s nothing to complain about the cabin.
So the good old handbrake lever has been exchanged for a modern e-brake button. Other than that, there’s nothing I and other Camaro enthusiast can label a nuisance. The moment you open the door, you’re welcomed by sizable Camaro lettering on the illuminated door sill, with the M stylized to resemble the red, white and blue emblem you can find on the front fenders. First impression? C'mon and hop in!

It’s fairly easy to see upon closer inspection that fit and finish and the quality of materials leaped from the current Camaro’s so-and-so to “Man, this is quite a nice place to rack up the miles.” Look at the brushed aluminum finish on the door armrest and the ambient lighting system’s pizzazz. The Interior Spectrum Lighting system can offer 24 ambient lighting effects on the door panels, dash and center console.

While it’s hard to tell if the seats are back-friendly, there is no doubt about the 2016 Chevy Camaro’s character when you grip the flat-bottom steering wheel. Oh man, check out the 8-inch diagonal digital screen that acts as the instrument cluster! Here’s hope this bit of kit won’t come as a costly option.

There’s another 8-inch screen on the dashboard. It serves as the touchscreen interface for the next-gen MyLink infotainment system but observe how well it’s integrated with the dashboard. Last but not least, I am hugely love struck with those air vents! Rather than fiddling with buttons or adjusting the climate control via the touchscreen, those unique rings around the vents control the temperature and fan speed.
