2015 Triumph Tiger 800 XRx and XCx Launch Date Set for 29 January, Test Rides Available

Triumph announces the official national dealer launch for their new Tiger 800 XRx and XCx. These new bikes will be in showrooms across the UK on January 29th, starting with 6pm (local time). We reported on multiple occasions on Triumph’s revamping spree targeted at the Tiger 800 machines. We have even brought you live photos from EICMA 2014 where the new machines have been presented for the first time.

However, their official launch has been one event Triumph fans have been waiting for since the Milan show and even earlier, when the news first surfaced. By all means, they have all the reasons to be so eager to see and get a hands-on experience with the new Triumph middleweight adventure machines, as the British manufacturer really took things to a whole new level with the addition of solid technologic upgrades.

Tiger 800 goes electronic

Triumph has equipped its Tiger 800 machinery with a plethora of new-generation electronic upgrades which are surely going to deal a lot of damage in the sales figures the competition will post this year.

The Brits added ride-by-wire throttle, switchable ABS, traction control and even multiple engine mappings to make these bikes ride better and safer in varying conditions. Of course, nothing is exactly new, truth be told, but such a comprehensive array of top-notch features in a middleweight adventure bike is not exactly a common sight these days.

Even more, those who feel like they could use a test ride aboard the all-new Tiger 800 XRx and XCx adv beasts or their XC and XR versions can book their appointments with Triumph. Just follow the above-mentioned link and dress accordingly for the weather. Who said winter doesn’t bring great news for motorcycling?
