Skipping the minor exterior changes, we’ll open the huge sliding rear doors and check what’s new inside.

Well, there are a bunch of changes here, starting with better materials, metallic accents, multiple seat colors depending on the grade and ending up with a new 3-zone climate control, repositioned controls and the available rear entertainment system.

Safety remains a top priority as before, so the new Sienna is coming standard with 8 airbags and the STAR Safety System (Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Anti-lock Braking System, Electronic Brake Distribution, brake assist). Further safety can be offered by the available Pre-Collision System with Dynamic Cruise Control, Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management and Hill Start Assist Control.

Power comes from the same V6 gasoline engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission that turns the front or all the wheels, depending on what you opt for.

Speaking of options, the 2015 Toyota Sienna comes in five distinct grades as seen bellow:

Standard L grade comes with touchscreen audio system, backup camera, Blind Spot Monitoring, auto off headlights, engine immobilizer and the 8 airbags along with the STAR safety system.

Next comes the LE, which comes with everything the L comes with but adds the Entune Audio Plus infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen.

For more buck you get better bang with the SE grade that adds a sport tuned suspension, smoked LED headlamps, LED rear combination lamps, 19-inch alloy wheels, sport mesh grille, perforated leather-trimmed seats with heating for the ones in the front, a 4.2-inch multi information display and a sport meter cluster.

Even more comes with the XLE trim, that will sweeten the pot with smart key access, blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert, a premium gauge cluster and chromed doorhandles.

Top of the grade Limited model completes the Sienna with LED daytime running lights, heated steering wheel and the Entune Premium JBL with navigation and apps. You can also add the rear seat entertainment (also available for the XLE) as well as HID headlights and rain sensing wipers.
