Oddly, we only have only two quarrels with the recently-unveiled Mercedes-Benz S 600 V222. One of them involves the fact that its launch was maybe a bit too low key for what is essentially the flagship non-AMG S-Class model, while the other one concerns its wheels.
Don't get us wrong, we love the design of the multi-spoke 19-inch rims present on the S 600 in the adjacent images, but the thing is that you are already able to order them on a “lowly” S 350 BlueTec.

As some of you know, S-Class comes from “Sonder Klasse”, which means “Special Class” in German, and the S 600 has always been the most special model in the range, created especially for people who already own everything.

In previous generations of the car, including the W221, the S 600 was fitted with its own special set of wheels from the factory, which weren't shared with any other model in the range.

We may be a bit too picky here, but putting the same wheels you can order on any other model on the S 600 flagship only downgrades its uniqueness, don't you think?
