Internally-codenamed C190, the upcoming Mercedes-Benz AMG GT has about six months from being officially revealed, with its most probable launch to happen right at the Hockenheim Formula 1 Grand Prix, on July 20.
Even though its official unveil is so close and it has been officially confirmed that it will not be a direct replacement for the epic SLS AMG, Mercedes-Benz is still running around and teasing us with heavily-camouflaged testing prototypes.
To make the wait more bearable, the Italians from quattroruote decided to render the sportscar from two different angles, preparing some of its future fans on what they should expect form it in terms of design.
While not necessarily completely on par with what lines we managed to see underneath some the less-camouflaged models, the renderings don't look half bad if you ask us.
The front air intakes underneath the headlights will be slightly different on the production model though, while the rear will not sport an integrated spoiler lip as the images bellow are trying to tell us.
Nevertheless, if Gorden Wagener's promise comes out as 100 percent correct, the only thing left to wait is to hear how good (or bad) the new four-liter twin-turbo V8 sounds, since it has some pretty big shoes to fill.
