When this year ends, the 2015 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 will likely prove itself to have been one of the hottest new cars on the market.
For those of us who can’t afford its six-figure price tag, though, the latest racing video game in the Forza franchise will not only allow you to virtually drive the newest Lamborghini, but it will also prominently feature the Huracan as the game’s “hero car.”
Hitting shelves on September 30, 2014, Forza Horizon 2 will be the first game to offer the playable version of the Lamborghini Huracan, and judging by early images and video of the gameplay, the Huracan will be displayed with a stunning attention to detail. Lamborghini says that in-game use gives an in-depth look at the Huracan’s interior as well as providing functional power windows and headlights.
Since few people are lucky enough to get a firsthand experience at buying a Lamborghini, Forza Horizon 2 offers a similar level of customization as the real world including the color – although Midas Yellow definitely fits this car.
As for the game itself, Forza Horizon 2 will be available on either Xbox 360 or Xbox One, but the two versions of the game will be noticeably different. We have to wait to see just what these differences are, but it’s clear the latest Forza offering will deliver improved reality when it comes to the detail of the more than 200 cars available including recordings of each car’s exhaust note such as the high-revving V-10 found in the Huracan.
For the first time, users must contend with various weather conditions including wind and rain, which will affect how the car handles. Adding to the virtual racing experience, Forza Horizon 2 will also allow you to create online clubs that can consist of up to 1,000 members creating a truly social gameplay.
