2015 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 EPA Figures Revealed by Window Sticker

The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 still has a few details that have remained unrevealed, and while this marketing scheme is not half bad, we’re here to talk about the track pony’s EPA numbers.

The EPA figures have surfaced thanks to a GT350 window sticker, which was shared by an owner on the Mustang6G forum. The flat-plane crank V8 in this ’Stang returns 14 mpg city (16.8 l/100 km) and 21 mpg highway (11.2 l/100 km), with a combined value of 16 mpg (14.7 l/100 km).

Sure, the city figure might sound like a handful when it comes to using the GT350 as a daily driver, but the distance between the Voodoo V8 animating the track special and the Coyote V8 in the Mustang GT isn’t that big - the 5.0 gets 15, 25 and 19 mpg.

What about the European cycle?

And speaking of official fuel efficiency figures, we have to talk about the European side of the story. The Blue Oval hasn’t confirmed the GT350 will be sold on the Old Continent yet, but its presence at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed points towards it.

So yes, we might get Euro numbers too. However, we all know the EPA figures are closer to the real world results than the NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) ones, so don’t hold your breath for these numbers.

P.S.: We’re pretty sure those of you who enjoy browsing each and every detail of a window sticker will find a delicious dessert in the pic above.
