Say goodbye to the Ford Mustang as you know it and say hello to the future. For the 2015 model year, the 'Stang will be all new, making huge changes in both styling and technology.
The fundamental ideas behind the Mustang haven't changed since the successful fifth generation came out in 2004. However, its successor is making a complete break with tradition and will be completely modern and radical in terms of styling.

These two renderings of the 2015 Mustang were created by Wild Speed for the Mustang6G forum. They show a design inspired by the Evos Concept and in line with the Blue Oval's new design language.

The Mustang will become a global product for Ford, sold in Europe and Asia as well. As a result, it will adopt a new 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine under its bonnet and should offer independent rear suspension as standard. However, both the V6 and V8 models will likely still be offered.

The 2015 Ford Mustang will be unveiled some time next year, either at the Detroit Auto Show or the New York Auto Show, with production to start in the second half of 2014.
