The first official images of the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 have surfaced the Internet with only two days left until the car's grand unveiling at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show. Shocking, huh?
As expected, the most powerful Corvette ever built features an aggressive body kit sports several carbon fiber aerodynamic parts, such as a front splitter, side skirts and a rear spoiler. The interior photo reveals a cabin similar to the 2014 Corvette Stingray, but with a flat bottom steering wheel.
We already know that the new Z06 will come out with 620 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, but Chevy has yet to if all that power will be delivered by a naturally-aspirated or a supercharged V8 engine.
But there's no need to panic, the supercar will be fully unveiled two days from now and we'll be providing you with every little detail about the lightning-fast Z06. And by the way, spy photographer Chris Doane just said the vehicle that will be shown in Detroit will have the hardcore Z07 track package on it. Stay tuned, this is going to be big!
