Now that the Cadillac ATS sedan had enough time to settle in the compact executive market, GM is already looking forward to the upcoming high-performance ATS-V and Coupe models.
According to a new report from Edmunds, the Cadillac ATS Coupe will be unveiled to the public at the 2014 Detroit Motor Show in January with the same four-cylinder and V6 engines available in the sedan. The BMW 4 Series rival will go on sale next summer, while deliveries will commence in the fourth quarter of the year.
There’s no word on when the ATS-V Coupe will surface, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see it displayed near the regular ATS Coupe in Detroit.
In Cadillac ATS related news, the sedan was launched in China at the Auto Guangzhou 2013. The vehicle is available only with the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-potter and starts from RMB 308,000 ($50,060).
