Yesterday we got somewhat of a confirmation of the fact that the upcoming Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG W205 will pretty much massacre the power figures of the recently-launched BMW M3 F80, while today is time to check out some new spy shots with the Affalterbach model.
The two pre-production prototypes were caught somewhere in Spain, where Mercedes-Benz seems to be testing quite a lot of AMG models in the winter time.

As most of you already know, the new C 63 AMG will ditch its epic M156 naturally-aspirated V8 for the new M177, which is a four-liter twin-turbocharged V8 based on bonding two M133 four-cylinder engines together.

The power and torque figures are still a bit of a mystery for the time being, but anything over 480 hp wouldn't represent much of a surprise, with the torque to most likely surpass 600 Nm (443 lb ft).

A seven speed double clutch transmission is out of the question for the time being, with an improved version of the current 7-speed MCT gearbox to keep transmitting the power towards at least the real wheels.
