After coming to an early ending in their partnership with Alstare, Ducati decided to re-organize their World Superbike operations and team and become a full-factory team. Officially named Ducati Superbike Team, the group will operate in collaboration with Feelracing.
Feelracing and Ducati have a long history of racing success with the production-based series and this equals to a rolling start for the 2014 operations.

Just like we announced earlier, the Ducati Superbike Team will have Chaz Davies and Davide Giuliano aboard the 2014 1199 Panigale.

On the staff side, Gigi Dall'Igna has appointed Ernesto Marinelli as Superbike Project Director, and Serafino Foti as Team Manager. Paolo Ciabatti has retained the role of Sporting Director, but Dall'Igna also entrusted him with the same authority over the whole Ducati Corse. And this means MotoGP operations, too.
