Volkswagen of America today announced the pricing for the Beetle GSR, the company’s hotter version of the Beetle Turbo. The vehicle can be yours starting from $29,995, or $31,095 if you opt for the DSG dual-clutch model.
We’ll remind you that the VW Beetle GSR is powered by the same four-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. However, the output was bumped from 200 to 210 hp, while the torque level sits at 207 lb-ft.
The VW Beetle GSR is a limited edition model, with the production run sitting at 3,500 units across the world. The vehicle comes with its own livery, as well as a rear wing and 19-inch “Tornado” wheels.
