Comfort-focused down to the last detail, the 2014 V Star 1300 Tourer comes with a low seat (27.2” or 69cm) and pulled-back handlebars, making sure the riding position is a relaxed one. And because the foot controls are a bit to the forward and this would spell a hard time at highway speed, the Tourer comes with a generous, tall windscreen for shield the riders from the air stream.
