It's with undisguised pleasure that we can introduce the new 2014 Ural bikes to you. The 2014 model year machines bring in several modifications and upgrades which really take performance to the next level.
First of all it's he engine, which receives an EFI system for 2014, and is now delivering a more power and 15% more torque, both figures at lower rpm than before. Mileage has also improved, weight has dropped and the maximum recommended speed went up. But this is not all there is...

The rear and the sidecar brakes used to be old-school mechanical drum units, but now we're looking at modern, disc units. A big-bore floating Hayes caliper squeezes the rear 256mm NG disc, while a 2-pot Brembo caliper does the same to a 245mm rotor for the sidecar. Both rear braes comes with Brembo masters.

How about an 18-position adjustable hydraulic steering damper? Sounds good, doesn't it? The new Ural bikes have it, and it also minimizes the yaw, helping sidecar newbies to ride better and safer.

Finally, on the looks side, we've got modern lamps for the dash, a new engine cover, revised kneepads and badges on the gas tank, improved preformed hoses for fuel lines, breather and reservoirs.

We'll bringing detailed info on these bikes soon, so stay tuned.
