Here’s the third part of TFL’s new road trip from Denver, Colorado to Phoenix, Arizona, taking place in the all new 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition. On this episode, Roman tells about the top three features he likes the most on the new Tundra.
Two of the features are related to the 1794 Edition’s interior, which is one of the nicest pickup truck environments you can get, using special brown leather to wrap almost every inch of the interior, while also being garnished with silver and wood grain trimmings. It also comes with a lot of technological wizardry, from which the driver’s seat and steering position memory system helps you get a special feeling every time you step into the truck.
The third thing that impressed Roman is the Tundra’s powerplant - a 5.7-lier V8 gasoline engine making 381 hp and 401 lb-ft of torque sent mostly to the rear wheels, but with an option to divide some of the oomph to the front too for different driving conditions.
