The 2014 Toyota Tundra comes with a redesigned body, making it look bolder and more American while the interior has been reconfigured for more conveniency and comfort. Mechanically, the truck is almost the same with the outgoing generation, the automaker only upgrading what was necessary.
For some, this might sound like the Tundra is still wearing the 90’s technology under its nicely sculpted body. But of course, this is not the case as you will see in the video bellow.
Toyota Tundra’s chief engineer Mike Sweers recently got interviewed by AutoGuide chief editor Colum Wood, explaining the pickup’s features and why he chose to stick with the same engine and chassis.
