Although this promotional video shows some interesting Toyota Tundra mechanical features, the Canadian guy in the background speaking in French, gives us the impression of talking about butter, baguettes, Citroen and haute couture.
We understand that the new Tundra needs to get advertised for the French-speaking Canadian public, but this pickup was made to scream America, Texas, whiskey and shotguns, which are in opposition with the things inspired by the narrator in the ad.

Leaving that aside, the video shows some interesting mechanical features about the 2014 Toyota Tundra. Like the pickup’s Tripletech chassis, which has an enclosed frame at the front, a reinforced open one in the middle and a classic one at the back, to save weight and allow a bigger weight to be loaded in the bed.
