SRT might not be unveiling a brand new vehicle in Detroit next week, but the company's brand new high-impact exterior color for the 2014 Viper will most certainly attract a lot of attention.
The Chrysler-owned brand revealed that its V10-powered supercar has traveled to Detroit to showcase its new Stryker Green suit. SRT says it's an evolution of the Snakeskin Green color which features "enhanced green and yellow pigments and a 'liquid mercury' appearance".
Stryker Green will become available starting next month on the Viper GTS and all Vipers fitted with the brand new Grand Touring special package. The latter, which is also being showcased in Detroit, adds Nappa leather seats, five-mode Electronic Stability Control and the two-mode Bilstein DampTronic suspension. The GT package will be limited to the Stryker Green and Venom Black exterior colors.
Additionally, SRT's Stryker Green Viper that's displayed in Detroit features a prototype aero packaged with Mopar carbon fiber rear wing and carbon fiber extended front corner splitters. Scroll below for photos of the car and stick around for live pictures from the Detroit Auto Show.
