Chrysler seems very anxious to make a comeback in the commercial van market and, truth be told, we're a little eager for the Fiat Ducato-based 2014 Ram ProMaster to hit the showrooms as well.
Not because we like too many of those Italian-American "frankencars", but we think the US van market might become more interesting with a new, strong player on the turf.
Chrysler has just released pricing for the its new Ram van lineup, and it looks like the cheapest Ram you get is the ProMaster 3500 Chassis Cab with 136-inch wheelbase for $26,530. Scrolling to the other end of the list, you'll find the range-topping ProMaster Cargo Van with 159-inch wheelbase and high roof extended body for $36,150.
In total, Chrysler has released pricing for 14 Ram ProMaster configurations, which, by the way, doesn't include the $995 destination fee, and you can check out the list in our photo gallery section below.
The ProMaster will be built in Chrysler's facility in Saltillo, Mexico, and is expected to hit dealerships in third quarter 2013.
