2014 Moab Easter Jeep Safari Kicks Off in Style

Off-road enthusiasts from all over the world gathered this Monday in Utah to take part in the 48th Annual Moab Easter Jeep Safari. The week-long event consisting of adventurous trail rides is also the perfect place for Jeep and Mopar to showcase their six new concept vehicles.

As we've told you a little while back, those concepts are actually Wrangler, Cherokee and Grand Cherokee models with added Mopar design accessories and performance parts. Check the full specs and photo gallery by following this link.

Since 2002, Jeep and Mopar have joined hands to create over 40 unique concept vehicles for enthusiasts who attend the popular Moab Easter Jeep Safari. But this isn't just your usual marketing affair.

Jeep knows that this is a huge celebration of everything off-road and the perfect place to bring out the big guns in its model lineup. The gnarly terrain littered with rocks and ruts is just what the Chrysler brand needs in order to show hardcore fans and potential customers what Jeep products are capable of when the going gets rough.
