Japanese automaker Mitsubishi has announced that the 2014 Lancer Evo will be sold in the United States with prices starting from $35,790.
Only $300 more expensive when compared to the 2013 model, the 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution gains new standard features, including a 6.1-inch touchscreen display audio system with HD radio, as well as a free three-month satellite radio subscription.

Priced from $38,990, the upscale MR version is offered with a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the GSR can be ordered with a five-speed manual gearbox. The car’s turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder develops 291 HP and 300 lb-ft of torque thanks to a rally racing-derived Super All-Wheel Controls (S-AWC) system. Both version can be enhanced by a range of optional features, including Recaro racing seats for the GSR and leather seats and upgraded stereo for the MR.

But no matter what version you choose, the Lancer will come with the following standard features: leather-wrapped sport steering wheel with cruise and audio controls, rear diffuser, power windows, automatic climate control, form-fitting Recaro front bucket sport seats, and remote keyless entry.
