When you're thinking MINI, you're not only thinking smooth, powerful engines but also that one of a kind go-kart feeling you get, every time you drive such a car. In order to further emphasize that feeling the UKL platform used on the Mk3 model will benefit from adjustable dampers.

Some people complained that the Cooper S or JCW suspension was a bit too hard on a daily basis, when you just wanted to cruise along. Now, MINI addresses those issues with electrically adjustable dampers that will allow you to go from a sporty feel to comfort at the flick of a switch.

Two characteristic curves are available for adjusting the damper, therefore altering the traction and compression level in the shock absorber, depending on your mood. This means that handling a MINI will never be the same again, Cooper S and JCW models now offering comfort when you need it, on top of precise handling.
