The 3rd MINI Cooper developed under BMW’s umbrella is here and it’s impressive. It looks like the engineers really listened to the customers and delivered exactly what they wanted from a new model, to keep everyone happy.
Amongst these things you’ll notice a lot of differences, from small ones (like moving the power windows buttons on the doors) to big ones (like more torque and power), all of them working in favor of the new car.
Edmunds was also on the guest list in Puerto Rico, at MINI’s press launch and they also got to test drive the Cooper and Cooper S models for a couple of hours. The conclusion? Both of them are considerable step ups.
The most impressive display, however, belonged to the Cooper that now has enough power, torque and features to relief you of worries about getting the S model. Check out their entire take on the two.
