Autoblog recently had the time to do a more in-depth review focused on the 2014 Lexus IS, which they found to be “a lot of fun to drive.”
The model tested was the IS 350 version powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine making 305 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque, which is about double you get from the entry-level IS 250.

Even without the F Sport pack, the IS 350 is still a great compact sedan to have. It’s looks are definitely uncommon while the interior comes with all the luxury and technological gizmos you need. Autoblog also said that the interior is more driver oriented and that the back seats are a bit cramped.

Driving engagement can be altered by the vehicle’s selectable behavior modes - Eco, Normal and Sport - which noticeably affect throttle response and shift points.
