As we reported earlier today, the facelifted 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado just surfaced the internet via a couple of leaked photos. And since a redesigned Land Cruiser also means a new Lexus GX, the luxurious SUV was also previewed by two patent sketches.
The most import design changes can be noticed at the front end, where the new GX will sport the company’s familiar spindle grille and restyled headlamps. Going around the back, the 2014 Lexus GX will get a slightly redesigned rear bumper that changes the position of the light reflectors.
Inside, the Lexus should follow the Land Cruiser and get a new center console as well as other design and tech updates, but with a more luxurious touch. Under the hood, the GX is expected to get its motivation from the same 4.6-liter V8 that delivers 301 BHP and 329 lb-ft (445 Nm) of torque.
