The redesigned 2014 Lexus GX went on sale in the United Arab Emirates recently, being offered in three flavors and starting at DHS 210,000.
Exterior changes include the obviously redesigned front end, which now wears the spindle grille accompanied by adaptive LED-HID combined headlights, LED daytime running lights and a new bumper. At the back, you’ll find new tail lamps while the whole package rides now on redesigned 18-inch rims.
Starting at Dhs 210,000, the basic Lexus GS 460 Premier features standard multi-terrain select system, keyless entry and start, rearview camera, synthetic leather, sunroof, cruise control and an 8-inch infotainment system with 9-speakers and multiple connectivity.
Paying Dhs 20,000 more, you can have the Prestige model, which comes with heated/ventilated seats wrapped in semi-aniline leather and lane-change assist with blind-spot monitoring.
For the top-spec Platinum model you’ll have to pay Dhs 260,000 and it will come with added 17-speaker Mark Levinson stereo, pre-crash safety system, radar cruise control and rear infotainment system.
Powering all the variants will be the same 4.6-liter V8 making 301 hp, which is mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox sending power to all four wheels.
