2014 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster Tested

Nothing else matters - we’re flogging the 2014 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster and Metallica’s song keeps playing itself in our minds. The way the steering talks to you makes the experience a truly unholy one and the added effect of the open air means you won’t even want to stop for petrol.

Alas, if the rain comes, you will have to stop and spent a few minutes setting up the roof. The top’s mechanism isn’t exactly sophisticated. That’s because it includes your own hands and the luggage compartment where the two removable panels are stowed.

Nevertheless, top off or down, the Roadster manages to perfectly mirror the Aventador Coupe’s performance, at least on the road. This thing goes and sounds like it’s just been baked in Hell’s oven.
