The 2014 Kia Rio sedan will be priced from $14,600, including handling and destination, in the United States, the South Korean automaker announced today.
Available in three trim level, LX, EX and SX, the slightly updated Kia Rio can be had with a $400 Eco package and a $1,200 Convenience package, the latter including 15-inch wheels, voice-activated infotainment, rearview camera, leather-wrapped steering wheel power folding side mirrors, among other features.
Priced from $18,800, the range-topping SX model can be ordered with a Premium package, which adds navigation, push-button ignition, hands-free keyless entry, leather upholstery, heated front seats and a power sunroof for $2,500.
Kia also offers a hatchback version for the 2014 Rio. The entry-level model starts at $14,700, while the top-of-the-line SX trim sports an $18,790 price tag. All models are powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 138 HP and returns a fuel economy rating of 27 mpg city and 37 mpg highway.
