This is the upgraded version of the XKR-S. It is a street-legal high-performance limited edition track ready car, and only 30 examples will reach the North American market in August this year.
The massive 5.0-liter V8 supercharged engine, with it’s 550 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque, was left as it is from the previous XKR-S, aside from adding a revised active exhaus system for better sound. Instead, Jaguar focused on tuning the parts that enhances maneuverability. Under the feline body you will find retuned and height-adjustable adaptive dampers, larger carbon ceramic brakes and a faster steering rack. Also for better grip, the car has Pirelli Corsa tires wrapping those big 20-inch forged allow wheels.
Visual style was improved by adding a new hood with two rows of air inlets, carbon-fiber trimming, aluminum front under tray, rear diffuser, extended wheel arch spats and a big rear wing.
