Right now, Infiniti only has one car that's worth taking seriously, the Q50, the rest of the range being made up of older models, some of which are still on the shelf long after their expiration date. But instead letting them live on as they were, they rebranded the whole range.
They say the new names will make everything clearer, but this editor is frankly quite confused and will have to recap his Infinitis every day before bedtime. You have the Q60, which is the old G37 Coupe, followed by a whole slew of crossovers.

The smallest in the range is now called the QX50, which has absolutely nothing to do with the Q50. It's actually the EX, in production since since 2007 and sold in Japan as the Skyline Crossover. For 2014, everybody's favorite Infiniti, the FX SUV, will be known as the QX70, while the QX60 is the new name reserved for the JX seven-seater, based on the Nissan Pathfinder.

These fresh clips are Infiniti's way of telling us "our old cars are still quite cool." Are they right?
