The folks over at ADV.1 have designed wheels for just about any vehicle out there. Last time we had a look at their products we found a new set of rollers for the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8.
But their lineup includes shoes for other SUVs as well. For instance, there are wheels that can be used on the Mercedes-Benz G Wagon.
Supercars? Why not? Just have a look at the Lamborghini Aventador, the Mercedes-Benz SLS Black Series or the 2013 SRT Viper we wrote about the past months.
A set of ADV.1 could improve a dull Toyota GT 86 or a wagon such as the Jaguar XF Sportbrake as well, but how about a pickup truck?
And not just any pickup truck. A Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, a truck that basically doesn’t need any visual or performance improvements. Well, according to the most recent set of photos they posted, the 2014 Ford Raptor looks even better on the company’s new off-road wheels, which are finished in a bespoke hue of gold they named Gloss Manbronze.
Sure, they won’t improve the truck’s skills in rough terrain unless wrapped in proper tires, but they’re an excellent choice for that unique look some Raptor owners might be chasing.
Speaking of the Raptor, 2014 is the last model year the high-performance truck will be available at Ford dealerships, as the brand new, aluminum 2015 F-150 will go on sale by the end of the year.
The manufacturer has yet to announce a successor for the Raptor, but it’s unlikely we’ll be getting one next year. So you’d better hurry and get one while stock lasts.
