Introduced at the Chicago Auto Show earlier this month, the 2014 Dodge Journey Crossroad will become available in Europe as the Fiat Freemont Cross.
To be unveiled at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March, the Freemont Cross features the same visual updates as the Journey Crossroad, which include unique front and rear fascias, dark-tinted lights, exclusive 19-inch wheels and a new leather seat design.
As you might have already guessed, the Fiat won’t be getting the 2.4-liter Tigershark and the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, but a pair of 2.0-liter Multijet II units. The first one will deliver 140 hp via a six-speed manual, while the other will provide 170 hp. The latter be offered with AWD and a six-speed automatic as well.
