It's been around 2 months since the end of the 2013 Dakar Rally, but this means there are only 10 months or so remaining until the next edition kicks off. At least that's the way the guys who are behind this amazing cross-country competition think. So without much ado, here's the 2014 Dakar poster, after the jump.
The 2014 Dakar will also take place in South America, but this time it will span across the territories of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile, with no more Peru stages.
As the poster informs us, the next Dakar will kick off January 5th and will end on January 18th, with almost a fortnight of inclement riding condition for all the competitors, regardless of whether they're riding a bike or quad, or driving cars or trucks. There is no one feeling easy during a Dakar edition, not even the guys who are cheering for their favorites from their comfy chairs at home.
The 2013 Dakar saw Stephane Peterhansel as the winner in the car race, Eduard Nikolaiev in the truck segment, Marcos Patronelli for the quad class and Cyril Despres in the bike competition.
