Packed with technology and redesigned with a new generation of customers in mind, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is regarded as a huge step forward from its predecessor.
Built from scratch, the new interior is no longer the boring, plasticky nuisance. It’s not as luxurious as Chevy would want you to believe, but it’s driver focused and pleases the eye with its premium material, from leather to aluminum and carbon fiber.

The new LT1 V8 engine is an enthralling experience with its lightning-fast 3.8-second 0 to 60 mph sprint and 12-second flat quarter mile at 119 miles per hour. Not to mention the 400 pound-feet of torque offered between 1,000 and 4,000 rpm. Ferrari 458 Italia who?

The Audi R8 and the Jaguar F-Type are the other sportscars we’d be willing to ditch in favor of the 2014 Corvette Stingray. Wanna find out why? All you have to do is read our brand new test drive.
