Chevrolet is aggressively targeting the Brazilian market with new 2014 model year updates to make their cars more attractive. We've seen the Captiva, and now it's time to take a look at the affordable end of the segment.
The 2014 Cobalt sedan and Spin hatchback gain a new Advantage Series, which adds value through more content.
Both have gloss black mirrors, a new metallic grey color as standard, 15-inch aluminum wheels in a dark tone and more.
The Cobalt Advantage is equipped with the Chevrolet MyLink multimedia system, air-conditioning, power steering, front airbags, ABS brakes, electric windows, fog lights, trip computer andelectric mirrors. The 1.8 liter version with automatic transmission also offers rear parking sensor, cruise control (cruise control), rear spoiler, leather-trimmed steering wheel and radio control.
Meanwhile, the Spin Advantage now has standard fog lights, trip computer, electric door mirrors, rear parking sensor, leather-trimmed steering wheel and radio control.
"We did extensive research and detected a strong market trend of customers seeking increasingly, greater customization and uniqueness in their vehicles," said Hermann Mahnke, director of marketing for Chevrolet. "We decided to offer even more content on versions equipped and also has the advantage of leaving the vehicle ready straight from the assembly line."
