2014 Cadillac CTS Is Fantastic, Consumer Reports Says

With a straight face and a bit of pride in their hearts, Consumer Reports says the brand new Cadillac CTS is a wonderful car.

Testing the new Vsport model equipped with a twin-turbo V6, they do something we rarely see them do: have fun on their test track. Point is, the CTS is bigger, lighter and most importantly a far better driver's car.

While the ride and the engine in this top-trim car are wonderful, it's not all good news. Cadillac's CUE system is fidgety, hard to use and understand. Old buyers will find the touch sensitive controls to be tricky to use.

Consumer Reports is right in not liking the CUE system, but we'd still point out the CTS still has most of the buttons it needs, not like a new Range Rover Sport for example.
