We’re a bit tired of giving you leaked information and images of the 2014 Mercedes S-Class, so we though we’d make a little change, switching to the 2014 BMW M5 facelift.
The M5 is set to receive a Life Cycle Impulse (LCI) along with the rest of the 5 Series range and it seems that the go-fast sedan’s configurator was placed online a bit too early. As usual, the car was removed, but, as they say, some things can not be unseen, especially after the screenshot feature has been used.

As BMW has accustomed us, the exterior and interior changes are limited. Thus, the kidney grille now features heftier vertical lines which remind us of those used on the M6. The front and rear lights also receive minor tweaks that offer a sleeker appearance.

Inside the 2014 BMW M5, we find the new iDrive touch interface, while you can also order a new M Sport steering wheel.

As for the tech side of the revamped M5, earlier rumors show that BMW will offer am optional Competition Package, which will bring the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 from 560 to 575 hp. Along with the power boost, the kit will include new settings for the M Dynamic driving mode, dedicated 20-inch wheels, as well as suspension tweaks.

The 2014 BMW M5 is scheduled to hit the market later this year, with a price of €103,000 ($134,000). The vehicle shown here comes with the Carbon Ceramic Brakes that are a €8,800 ($11,450) optional extra.
