It seems like BMW Blog couldn’t keep it together until the official launch of the new BMW M3 and M4 and leaked the first official photos of the two high-performance vehicles ahead of their launch date, scheduled for December 12.
Just like we expected, the two cars look exactly like the M4 Concept that was revealed at Pebble Beach. On top of that the M3 has 2 extra doors but nothing much is different.
The front fascia and the bonnet are bold and make a statement, the latter having the power dome we’ve been getting used to from the previous model. The roofs are made of CFRP and have sloping line to help out with the aerodynamics whilst the boot has an incorporated spoiler on its lid.
The mirrors have an aerodynamic shape too whilst around the back, the diffuser is covering the 4 tailpipes of the exhaust that look brilliant. Next to them the golden brake calipers of the ceramic brakes looks dull.
The M3 came out, as reported, in the brand new Yas Marina Blue color whilst the M4 Coupe is dressed in Aurum Dust, the same color as the Concept. Both of them are expected to have around 430 HP and 500 Nm of torque, as they will share a 3-liter turbocharged engine.
