Here's the all new 2014 K100GTL Exclusive the luxury-packed flagship BMW road tourer, a bike which aims to define new standards for the segment.
The bike not only comes with the mighty 6 in-line cylinder engine, but it is literally loaded with the most advanced technologies and features BMW ever offered in a motorcycle. Riders get central locking and anti-theft systems, ESA II electronic suspension adjustment, Dynamic Traction Control and ABS as standard.
Another cool feature for those who find uphill starts difficult is the Hill Start Control, a feature which helps motorcyclist ride away with less effort and hassle. Cue in heated backrest, arm rests and a bevy o other comfort-minded features, too.
The 2014 BMW K100GTL Exclusive also brings a world first, the film antenna embedded in the topcase. The LED auxiliary headlights, adaptive xenon headlight, Tyre Pressure Monitor, additional brake light, engine protection bar, floor lighting, and LED daytime running light are also standard. Keyless Ride is also a first on a BMW motorcycle.
On the tech side, the 2014 BMW K100GTL Exclusive is good for 160 hp @ 7,750 rpm and 175 Nm (129 lb-ft) @ 5,250 rpm, with 70% of this torque already available at 1,500 rpm. “Rain”, “Road” and “Dynamic” riding modes are available, too.
