Not even a day passed since BMW officially unveiled their 2014 BMW X5 and we already have the official prices for the entire range. The new, rear-wheel-drive, 2-liter diesel entry-level model now starts at £42,590 ($64,783 or €49,620) in the UK.
Earlier we told you that the X5 will be available with a 218 HP engine in the sDrive25d version and now we know its price. Even though it's just for the UK for the moment, the rest of the world at least knows what to expect now.
The xDrive version with the same engine starts at £44,895 (€52,300 or $68,295), whilst the bigger, 3-liter diesels will cost £47,895 ($72,800 or €55,800) for the xDrive30d and £50,665 (€59,000 or $77,000) for the more powerful, xDrive40d version with 313 HP and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque.
The high-end versions for the moment will be the M50d xDrive X5 with a tri-turbocharged 3-liter diesel and 381 HP that will start at £63,715 ($96,900 or €72,250) and the xDrive50i with its 4.4-liter V8 and 450 HP that will have a starting price of just £63,920 (€74,483 or $97,200).
