The new F32 4 Series is currently taking the world by storm. Most of us didn't know what to expect of the new Coupe and recent reviews make us want one as bad as anything (well, maybe not as bad as wanting an M4).
The guys from autoblog took it for a spin and they also were amazed of the things the little car could do. Well, little might be a bit of an exaggeration since the F32 is a bit bigger than the E92 3 Series it replaces.
The 6-cylinder engine performed admirably, the car felt agile and in control all the time, even the steering that was criticized by many on the 3 Series felt better. The chassis is very well worked and we can't wait for the M4 to show up.
However, the most interesting thing about the autoblog review lies in the last sentences and it goes a little something like this:
"The car's prices are a few thousand bucks more than both the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Audi A5 range, but the 4 Series is a more modern, better-driving offering than either of those competitors, especially considering that the A5 can only be had with four-cylinder power."
That, ladies and gentlemen, is what success sounds like! We can almost hear the BMW engineers cheering in the background.
